Lethal damage with improved unarmed strike

If you have the feat Improved Unarmed Strike, your unarmed strikes should be for lethal damage and count as being armed.
 
I have double checked and discovered this might be a bug due to World is Square replacing improved unarmed strike with unarmed combatant.
