Legendary Games Myuthic Hero's Handbook

It's in the works, but as I understand it does a lot of wonky things which are difficult to script well. No estimated time of arrival.
 
Under configure your hero (shift-K) Mythic Hero's Handbook is listed, but it is grayed out.

It says I need to purchase additional game packages.
The mythic monsters and mythic spells are available for purchase.
The only other option I see for Legendary Games is their Gothic pack.

Does the gray out mean this is an available package, that I'm missing where to purchase it?
Or does it mean, it is coming eventually but is not here yet?
