How do you create user chosen list that lets a race choose from one of two languages...in this case infernal or celestial as a bonus language.
 
Best way would probably be to give the race and extra language and set up an eval rule checking to see if it has one of the two.

make a new(copy) of the existing Tiefling race, I think it does something very similar...

Study that example and it will be easy to get working.
