L5R Files Are Released

At long last, the L5R data files have finally been released. A big THANK
YOU to everyone who helped get these files into shape. And another big
THANK YOU to everyone for your patience.

A few volunteers have now offered their assistance with improving the
files, and the automated converter ought to now be able to do a good job
the first try with the next release. So updates should henceforth be
timely. :-)

Where are you looking? I just triple-checked everything, and it all shows
up as V5.5. The datafilesrus site shows both the V5.4 and V5.5 files. And
the Updates mechanism definitely shows and retrieves the V5.5 files.

When I looked after you posted I only saw the 5.4 on the website, but the update mechanism showed the new files. Of course I am blind, so it was probably my fault.

Could it have been a caching issue with your web browser? If the page
didn't get reloaded for some reason (i.e. it was grabbed from the cache),
the V5.5 files wouldn't have shown up.

Thanks for compliments on V1.4. We keep working to make the product better,
and we keep doing our best to add the features that you guys ask for. :-)

I've tried the interface, but the download button never becomes active.

There are no card images for L5R. Consequently, this functionality has been
disabled within the L5R data files.

If someone knows of a good site with the majority of card images available,
please let me know. The images need to organized and named in a fashion
that can be automatically generated when the data files are created.
Manually entering 3000+ image links is not a viable option on this end.
