Is there any update on when the GM/encounter content will be added to HLO? I've searched through everything I can find in the store and in my account but can't find any content releated to the main AP book.

Also, Are the NPCs from the companion guide in HLO? I haven't been able to pull them up at all. I can find the special spells and feats they provide, and I can find the backgrounds from the player's guide, but nothing else really. Is there someplace specific I need to be looking or a setting I need to check?
 
The encounter libraries with pre-configured encounters that were available in HLC aren't available in HLO. You're not going to find that content for any AP.
 
Yeah, unfortunately while we add all the content from the back of the APs (feats, spells, items, bestiary section), we haven't got EL stuff sorted out yet. There's some logistical issues that need coordinated and solved that have hampered this, and I'm not sure when they might get resolved.
