Kill Team

I am having problems with creating a kill team list for necrons. I keep getting a validation warning saying that "the composistion requirement for HQ is not met (0). Valid range is 5-12". Am I missing something here or is this a bug?
 
It is only a bug in that kill team has never been enabled for Necrons. I never bothered to complete this work as I had yet to get a request for it. I guess it would be useful now that you have identified it was missing.

I will look into completing this work on a future release.
