Just bought a couple data packages, not showing in HL

Hi,

I just bought a couple of data packages for my HL license. But when I booted up HL after I bought the packages, its still showing those packages greyed out. I can't select them.

Been awhile since I bought packages for HL, am I missing something?

What was the solution?

I've picked up a new package, and it's there when I have a new hero, but if I load an old portfolio, the new package data isn't there.

How do I get the new package usable for the old portfolio?

You have to reactivate your license and then once that is done you have to make sure that the old character portfolio has the new add-ons checked in the character configuration panel "Character tab, - Configure Hero."
