I signed up for the forums after I signed up for the program and I got the forum email right away but still waiting on the other. :P
 
I've just tried to download it but it's not recognising my email address. Could this be because I originally pledged at Timber Wolf level and upgraded to Artic Wolf after the Kickstarter had closed? I realise you'll probably not be able to reply to this until you get back but any help would be appreciated. The email address I used for the Kickstarter is the same as the one affiliated with this forum account if it helps :)

Email not working...

Ok, how did I KNOW this would happen???

My email is not NOT working!

Is there some way to check it?

I went back to the original KS email and it shows that I funded at the $80 Arctic Wolf level. I am certain I used the same email I used for HeroLab, so where did things go wrong?
 
All I have to look you up is your email address here on the forums. That's nowhere in our backer list. So I need your name to lookup the particulars.

Please provide it here and I can try to sort it out now. If you go through the support email, it will go through a process that I can't access right now, which means it will be awhile before we take care of it. That's because I leave for the airport in just a few hours....

How large is the download for RW?

Before one begins inputting data, approximately how large is the install?

The download is roughly 30MB. The resulting install is roughly 100MB.

This assumes you have the .Net 4.0 runtime installed already, which is probably the case but not guaranteed. If you don't, then it could be another 100MB or so.

Alright, then I'm going to forward this to our server expert. I don't have access to the server right now and I'm just as likely to mess things up as fix things. So I'll let Nicole know the problem and have her follow up with you. She's not going to GenCon, so she can sort things out for you. She ought to be getting back to you in the mid-morning timeframe (Pacific time).
 
I went to the early access page and entered my email address but it won't accept it. I only have one address so it must be the right one. Perhaps I did a typo when I entered the address into the form - I don't know. My name is Shane White and I backed at the $65 level. My address is Australian with .au on the end of it.

Yep. That's the problem. It seems your upgrade was logged separately from the main report spreadsheet, as were a number of other backers that upgraded. So you haven't been added to the the authorized list yet. :(

I just flagged the problem to our server person. She'll get this sorted out in the morning. Once it's handled, she'll post in the Early Access forum here to let everyone know.

Sorry for the hassle. :(
