Issues selecting Core system

Good day,

I just ordered and activated my license of Hero Lab. During this activation
I selected Pathfinder RPG as the Core system I wanted to install. The
installer also showed me the icon of pathfinder.

So I proceeded with the activation. Now when I tried to run Pathfinder RPG
it says it is still in demonstration mode and that I would have to order
it. When I went to check the page it links to where to order the Core
packages it shows that I have "World of Darkness Plus Vampire / Changeling"
as core package.

I would like this switched to the system I choose or would want a refund on
my purchase for this issue.

PS. I also made a ticket about this but because the session will begin this weekend and the auto reply said it can take 2-3 days for a response. I figured I should also try the forum. In the hope to have a response faster.
