Issues adding classes to monsters

I can only seem to add the original pathfinder classes to imported monster stat blocks. Classed from the APG, UM and UC do not show up as valid options for statting of monsters.

I have these bonus packs and they are available to my PCs but for some reason they do not show for monsters.

What am I doing wrong?

Double-check which books are turned on for that character. You can do so by re-opening the Configure Hero form from the Character menu.
 
What Mathias said. Stock monsters typically only load configured for the bestiary they're in (and earlier ones) and the core rules. You have to switch other sources on.
