Issue with starting spellbook

I'm trying to create a vigilante cabalist, and though i can pop open the spellbook tab, whenever I hit add starting spellbook, it does nothing, so I can't add spells unless i go in options and choose ignore physical spellbook. I tried with a vigilante warlock as well, and it seems to give me the same problem.

Anyone ever have an issue like this?
