Issue after purchasing Emerald Spire data pack

After purchasing the emerald spire data package, I am unable to open the Pathfinder section of HeroLabs. I am continuously being confronted with the following error, even after trying to re-activate my license. I cannot even access my previously created characters, or attempt to deactivate that data package to try to get the program working again. Please provide me with a solution ASAP so I can load my characters. I was going to try to run this campaign this weekend, but if I have ZERO access to HeroLab it may be a tad difficult.

Code: 
The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load 
them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct 
any errors.

The following errors occurred:

Thing 'rXioBuilde' - Bootstrap thing 'fMySprAtta' does not exist
Thing 'raXioSpell' - Bootstrap thing 'raSiArcSpe' does not exist
 
the fMySprAtta thing is in the COM_GMMythicPack_ModulePaizo - The Emerald Spire Superdungeon.user file. This isn't loading.

Remove this .user file and start up Hero lab normally.

Then I'd try to re-import that data package manually. Download it, close hero lab, fin d the .hl file in the download directory and double-click to import.

He is not talking about the community Stuff but the version of Emerald Spire that LW just released.

Removing "pieces" of the pack is NEVER EVER EVER a good idea. :( The pack is 100% updated to work with the latest release of Pathfinder.

My advice would be to contact LW support or put in a bug report. Leaving a message on the forums why they are at Gen Con will not get you any help.

A total "guess" here is if you purchased Mythic Adventures that everything will load for you. I have Mythic Adventures and the Emerald data is loading fine for me. Not say that "should" be required but if you want to get things working before the weekend...

Where would I find that file? The only thing I can seem to find is the Emerald Spire.hl file located in my \documents\hero lab\encounters\pathfinder\

My HeroLab file in x86 has nothing but XML files, DLLs, and a bunch of folders full of BMPs.

I also submitted a ticket to their support email address and included the link to this post. I cleaned out a gift card for this, hoping I'd be able to use it. There weren't any dependencies listed, I figured I'd be able to use it, not have my entire program bricked.

I can now confirm that this issue only happens if you don't have the Mythic Adventures License. It is NOT suppose to be required but LW did a mistake.

One solution is go buy Mythic Adventures and it will load without errors. Yes please don't shot the messenger I am just telling what "will" work.

In my testing I get the error but Pathfinder is still loading up. Meaning unless its different for you Pathfinder is working but the Emerald Spire stuff is not.

Is Pathfinder not loading for you at all? You say "bricked" which usually means it does not work at all...
 
Sorry about that! I've just updated the data files to v13.1, which fixes this bug - download the new update and you should be good to go. Hope this helps!

Can confirm the issue is resolved. Thanks for the quick turn around Colen, have a good time at GenCon! (I'd love (to buy?) some swag if you guys have any left over!)

Edit: Appears to be working fully now, was able to import several of the monsters, including the final boss.

I added update 13.1 and I'm still getting errors. I did print screen and made a jpeg of the error message but I couldn't attach it.

Any error message in HL can be "copied". Just right click on the error message window and select "COPY". Then paste it here and we can try and help.
 
I do notice that Mythic Xiomorn (Vault Builder) isn't listed anywhere in the data pack that I could see. Was he taken out as a temporary fix for the earlier issue?

For the Windows version it's under Tools > Manage Third Party Updates and you can select and delete the old package.

For the iPad go to "View Updates" and then under "Installed Updates" just Left Swipe the old pack.

I see that race in our files. Do you have the Emerald Spire GM source turned on in the portfolio in question? Or are you perhaps reporting something about the encounter library not having a Vault builder in an encounter in which one should appear?
