Is there a way to hide custom materials?

I managed to create a new racial subtype as needed for an item I picked up. I've applied it, and it's effects to my character through the item without any problem. It comes and goes as the item is equipped. All that is fine. However, I was wondering, is there a way to keep the new sub-type from appearing in Race Builder?

Still shows up in race builder Am I supposed to add it in a certain manner? The only way I could find to add it was through the Tags button on the right.

Nope that works. Sorry that was my best guess to preventing. "Normally" that tag prevents Things from being displayed.
