I sent an email mid week last week and have gotten no response... My computer got extremely infected with multiple virus and became unusable and I had to reformat and re install windows. It has of course not been 120 days since I installed HL and I am unable to use the product as it is right now. Please help, let me know what I need to do to reapply a license.
