Is anyone in the office around New Years?

I just got a new PC installed yesterday(Christmas Gift) and my license will not reassign to my new PC. Sent the appropraite email but I'm not sure if I should even expect a reply till after the new year. Love your program, wish I could use it.
 
I know that Nancy went through the support queue on Saturday (the 2nd), so you should have been up and running over the weekend. However, we weren't answering questions on these forums over the weekend.
