Ioun stones - method 2

Hi, was the method 2 resonant powers for ioun stones implemented? I do not see it, but want to be sure I'm not missing it.

Otherwise, if I want to edit an existing stone to add the resonant power "SR equal to bearer’s Hit Dice –5" does anyone know what the eval would look like?

Maybe look at the script for the spell resistance spell? While the spell is based on caster level, it might give you enough to make a script based on hit dice.
