I'm having a LOT of problems with the app now that iOS7 has been installed, but before I look around for a bug report, I want to see if anyone else has before I fill out the LONG list of issues I'm having.

Just asking cause I can't select spells, gear, items, or anything. ANything I do locks the app up.

Yea isn't that just not the way life always works.Done and done.. it's only a handful of my characters.. but ironically it's my most favorite ones for PFS play that I can't do.

Try deleting the character and reloading. Also make sure your copies of Hero Lab Pathfinder files are up to date.
I used it for a whole session with no issues what so ever.
