Inventory Management - Easily add many scrolls/"Favorite" custom magic items

I have a character who uses scrolls - lots and lots of scrolls. I've recently started using Hero Lab, and the mechanism to add scrolls seems pretty cumbersome, particularly if you need to add multiples of a given scroll - it seems your option is to either make one scroll with multiple spells on it (which is not really how I've got them set up, they are separate scrolls), or you have to go through the creation process for each one.

So am I missing something, or is this really what you have to do to manage magical consumables? If that is the case, is there any possibility for simplifying this in the future by making them stackable and just enter a number of the item, or to at least have "favorite" custom items that can be quickly added? I'd imagine this would also be something of a hinderance with a character that, for example, has a lot of Pearls of Power.

Another side note on inventory management - any chance we can get some type of tree view for inventory to more easily visualize what's in what? This would also be useful printed out for quickly finding stuff during play. If you have multiple containers, some of which you might not have with you all the time, it gets to be a bit of a muddled mess working out what's in what.

Again, it should be noted that I am new to Hero Lab, so if I'm overlooking something that makes this stuff easier, please enlighten me!

I'm running a Scrollmaster and I also do separate scrolls, so I know this one! At the point that you are first adding the Magic Item - Add Custom Scroll - , you can select the number of identical ones to add and if you want it to be separate items, a new stack, or merged with an existing stack (it's in the lower right corner).
