Invalid unique Id

I am trying to create a new race in D&D 3.5 using the drow template. When compiling the file I get an error message:

File: HouseRule.user (line 82) - Thing 'rIllythElf' - Invalid unique ID

I changed it to several entries but I get always the same error message.

Can someone help?
 
Go item-by-item in the editor, and look for any unique Ids with ? in them - I most often see this error when I make a copy of something so that I can see how it works, and then forget to delete that copy before using Test Now on the thing I'm working on.
