Loved Joe's videos. Another person to follow is Tony Crawford.

I run the CC3+ FB group also. This is an amazing resource as there is nearly 1000 users in there sharing maps and helping each other learn the tool.

If you check the Units button on the left of the group I've added a collection of stuff to help new people find their way.
