Infinity Army Builder?

Are there any plans for this to happen. I did a search function and found one topic from a a couple years ago that did not say much.

After a great deal of digging, I found the army lists on the Infinity website. I noticed two things:

1) There are two other army construction programs listed, both using the term Army Builder.

2) On a given army list entry, does the unit have any options or are they fixed stats/weapons for a given model?

If 2) is yes, an AB file is definitely do-able.

If 2) is no and the units are fixed, would something like Card Vault be better suited?

Most of the Infinity units are listed in the rulebook with fixed gear. Though, for example they will list a regular trooper 3 times, with the same stats just different weapon.
 
The infinity website already has a very dynamic army creator program. So the demand for it to be developed for AB would be very low. As far as i have come across, it is the only game system that actually has an army creator available online.

Sadly I just checked when the Army builder on Infinity's website was last updated and it hasn't been updated since March 2010.
