Simple!

Open Vortex (a game I don't have). Batch edit all cards to 1 wanted. It'll
tell you "updating 197 records". Do a valuation - acquire says 394.

It says 197 here. :/

WAIT

Good lord, you're right. And for some reason it only appears to be
happening on Unknown qualities of cards (for some reason, my default was
set to 'excellent' beforehand, and it was working fine). How odd. We'll
certainly see if we can fix this.
