Improved topic hanlding: moving data between topics and quickly remove empty sections

1)
As the subject describes, I think it would be useful to be able to "copy/move & paste" multiple sections snippets or other tags and paste them else where.


2)
A button would be good that allows to remove all empty data in the current topic. Sometimes (mostly npcs) I want to enter only a little info. If I want to have the sections back I can always resynch with the current category setting.
EDIT: this is already in place as the next poster has informed me ;)

Is #2 different from clicking the Hammer and Wrench icon for the Content Pane (or pressing F7) and picking Quick Edit Content/Remove Empty Snippets and Quick Edit Content/Remove Empty Snippets and Sections?
