As shown in here, if ye buy an Improved Crit Advantage in a Linked (or Multiple) Power it affects -everything- including the AE's of the Linked/Multiple power when it shouldn't.
It affecting all the powers within the Linked/Multiple power is ok as far as I know but it shouldn't affect the AE's of those powers.
I'm not sure if this only applies when ye buy the Improved Crit -inside- a power (as a 'Power Feat' harking back to 2e lingo) or if it would also apply if ye bought it as a normal Advantage, I'll differ to someone a bit more rules savvy than I on that ^_^
