Importing images problem

I have the warhammer 40k set of files and am trying to import jpegs for unit image files. When I select a unit, and go to the "unit image" menu option, it is permanently grayed out but it is checked..... I see no way of importing the images, but the software shows that I SHOULD be able to.... somehow. What am I doing wrong and can anyone be of help?
 
The image stuff in Army Builder is intended for data file authors to specify images - i.e. the author could specify a URL to an image on the game manufacturers web site. We don't currently have support for people importing their own images for units, although we hope to add it at some point in the future.
