Implementing House Rule for Spellbooks

All right, for now the plan for the local games is just to add the six Paizo Blog/Ultimate Magic cantrips to starting spellbooks for free. To try and automate this process I created a .user file, duplicated the six cantrips giving each a new Unique ID, removing the Not Automatically Included in Spellbooks tag, and doing a Replace Thing ID for the original cantrip. It compiled fine, but had no effect when I created a new Wizard. Is there something obvious that I'm missing?

Compare the tags between your new spells and the ones automatically added to the spellbook, what is different?

Thanks, Aaron. I figured it was something I'd blithely ASSumed.

"Not Legal for Pathfinder Society Characters". I'm not sure why that mattered for characters that were not identified as PFS characters, but whatever. It works now and I can add any other cantrips I want to it, so yay!

Now for extra credit, I guess I need to figure out how to give it a House Rule checkbox for Configure Hero.
