Imperial Guard Veteran units still not working

Now that we finally can add a heavy weapon team to veteran squads, we are only able to add one special weapon. You should be able to choose a heavy weapon and 3 special weapons.

I can add special weapons but I can't seem to add any heavy weapons other that a mortar team. Is this just me?
