IG using WH as allies

Hi all

I think there is small bug when using IG with WH allies
Here is list - what is wrong with it and what means "Must take a parent race Elite unit" at the end and in legality check

Yeah, that doesn't make sense - there is no such requirement in the WH or DH books. The closest you get is that you have to fill any mandatory selections from the parent list first; in a normal mission though, that means one HQ and two Troops. None of the Elite slots are normally mandatory.
