I got an error code, not sure what to do

So I tried to sync Real Works and got an error code -502. I'm not sure if the
"-" sign is important, but that's how the code popped up.

I have no idea what that meant, what went wrong or where to look for a solution.

Yes I did search "realm Works error 502", but the results were all over the place.

Can anyone give me some advice please?
 
502 is a gateway error.
Maybe something was wrong for a while.
It might be worth trying again a while later.
