I can't find regular +1 items

I'm new at Hero Labs Pathfinder and I have a problem:

When creating a character and selecting equipment (on higher levels) I can't find any options for regular "Studded Leather +1" or "Longsword +2" or items like that. I don't want the "Super Pigsticker of Doom" I just want a +1 weapon. I've messed around in the program for a while now without finding out how to do this.

Please help?
 
On the armor and weapon tabs, there are two tables, one for magic items, one for non-magic items. Add a new item to the magic item table. In each case, the "-Custom-" item will be the first thing on the list - that's the one to use to make magic or masterwork weapons or armor.
