how to write expressions for Expr-Req

There are numerous examples of this throughout the system. Is this a feat? If so, find another feat that does something similar and use new (copy) in the editor and take a look at its expr-reqs.
 
For example, Advanced Ranger Trap has a expr-req checking the number of Ranger levels, you should be able to adapt that to the Slayer class you make.
