How to give a Character Spells?

Hey all!
I need some help with giving Charakters Spells.
The problem here is, that those Characters has no Caster Levels and no Spellcasting at all.

For example, theres an Lvl 8 Fighter. As a GM, I'd like to give him a boon, which would be, let him cast Light as a 0-Level Spell.

I only figured out, how to give someone Bonus spells, spells per day and caster levels, if the character allready has spellcasting.
