How to - Freeze Foam into splash grenade?

Hi Guys,

How can we set splash grenade, dispersal grenades and dart ammo to things other than toxins?

My group uses Freeze foam in splash grenades fairly often, but it is not something that can be added via the tool as far as I can tell.

Have I done something wrong?
