How to add poisons?

Where do I go to add poisons? I'm looking in the Editor tool and I can't seem to find a menu for adding poisons. I've checked the main Equipment tab etc.

I'm assuming it's nested into one of the other menus? I'm just not sure which one.
 
Poisons are just items of equipment.
In the editor you want the "Equipment" tab, then the "Gear" tab. If you want to have your poison in the same format as the others, you can always use "New (Copy)" to load an existing poison and modify it.
