how to add a NEW "Available Unit"

I'm running AB3.3b with WH40k datafile 1.38

How can I add Cypher the Fallen Angel to the list of Available Units?

You will need to use ABCreator and modify the appropriate files to add this unit. However note that any changes will be overwritten the next time the files are updated.
