How to add a monster ability to a npc

Hello,

I'm starting to dig into the software and create my first more complex npc but I cannot find a way to add an ability from a monster to it.

In particular, is there an easy way to add the change shape ability from the succubus or barghest to a npc ?
 
Create a new Adjustment in the Editor called "Change Shape" and have that bootstrap the Change Shape racial ability. Save and reload the files, and then add that adjustment to your NPC.
