How to activate "Power of light" Ability

Hello,

i'm trying to "activate" this Paladin (Warrior of the holy light) Power to reflect the attack bonus, the energy resistance etc. to my Paladin and to alleys in range. I neither find an option to activate it on the PC nor on the iPad.
