How do you modify Max Dex modifer for armor

I am designing a new Slayer Talent that increases the max dex for any armor worn by +2. How would i Go about doing this?

Isn't a similar ability granted by Fighter?
Have a look at how it does it.

If you right-click on a set of armor in the portfolio and choose "Show Debug Fields" you can look for the field that sets the max dex. Then you can just use a foreach loop to modify any piece of armor being worn by the character.
