How do I show Statblock Summary Panel

I had a friend send me a character file once with it active but he doesnt remember how he set it that way. I have not been able to find out much on it either.

Can some please help me out here.
 
Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but there are a couple of things under the "Settings" menu.

First, make sure that "Show Dashboard" is checked.
Second, under "Show Summary Windows", make sure each of those items is checked.
 
If you press Ctrl-K, you can scroll down to near the bottom of the list & there's a series of radio buttons. One of them shows the stat block.
