How do I create a custom magic item?

I'm trying to add some custom magic items that I've received through PFS play, but can't for the life of me seem to figure out where to create, say, a custom magic necklace? or even just a custom random misc. magic item.

Any thoughts on how to handle this? It seems like sort of a glaring oversight not to have custom magic items, so I feel like I must just be blind or something.

(EDIT: I figured out how to fudge it with Adjustments, but that's broke AF)

HLO does not have an editor - so the only way to "create" ANYTHING that is not in the base package is by using adjustments.

Along the top, look for "Tools", select "Show Editor". I myself am still trying to figure it out, but that gets you into the right area. It's not very intuitive, and can be quite frustrating.

I'm trying to create a sword and a cloak that my DM created. Looking at other items that do the same thing and seeing how it does it helps, but it's still difficult.

I think that's true for Hero Lab Classic, but not for Hero Lab Online.
