Ive seen Ninja class, Samurai, Gunslinger and Magus in the class list but for some reason I dont see them anymore after reinstalling HL when we started playing again. Any Idea as to how I might have access to it again?

You say when started playing again. If it was a long time ago you may have had access to them during the Play test but now they are part of the Ultimate Magic and Ultimate Combat books or data packages?
Do you have the UC/UM data packages go to Character->Configure Hero and see if you can check mark those books? If you can't and you know you did purchase them from HL then try going to License->Renew License and renew your License again.
Best guesses I have for yea.

Thankyou! I had the same problem as the OP and renewing my License is what did it
