How come not easy to edit money?

I was updating a character for my game and last game he sold a bunch of stuff and bought other things. I just deleted the things he sold and added what he got. But adjusting the money was a pain. I had to buy him other things and sell it for free to adjust the money right.

Will they ever make it so you can adjust how much a character has? The other way is much more time consuming.

Can't you adjust the money through the journal tab? (I've always done so.)

You can give more money with the journal tab. But I don't think you can take money away.

Just add a - before the number and it will subtract.

It took me a while at first, too, before finding out how everything worked. (And I still prefer to stay away from the editor).

I agree that one of the things I would LOVE to see is a coin/item log in Hero Lab. When someone is off on XP it is easy to go through and see where they went wrong by comparing their XP to other players. But if their money appears way off there is no way to figure out if they bought/sold something for free in error last session. A log file for each character would be awesome.
