How can I create new gear with custom descriptions?

In our campaign, our GM gives out things that are not always in the gear list, etc. I went to add in an item, but there is only the item name. I wanted to add in the description of the item so that I could remember it's particular qualities.

I was unable find any way to actually do that. Is there a way?
 
You can use the "Editor". For more specific instructions you would be best to ask in the related game system. Each game is a little different so its hard to say much more then "Editor" to make custom gear or any Thing.
