House rules question

Howdy, first time poster here. I play M&M for an agent level game and for a sword and sorcery game. This leads me to two questions
1. Will there be a Warriors and Warlocks suppliment for Hero Lab M&M?
2. Is it possible when using Hero Lab to create house rules? For example can one tweak the cost of skills or create a new power?

1. Yes, Warriors and Warlocks data will be included at some point.

2) Yes you can, using the editor. Launch the editor from the Tools menu, make a copy of the power that you want to tweak, and then make it replace the existing power - any changes that you make will now be applied to the power as it's used in Hero Lab. :)
