HLO - PF2 Familiar Movement

I'm a little confused how the familiar movement section works and I'm still learning the ruleset, so I'm not sure if this is an HLO issue or a PF2 rules issue.

If a character has a raven familiar, they have to take Flier familiar ability. Would it also get a land speed or would one just ignore the flag on the familiar movement section?

You would get both movement types per the PF2 Familiar rules.

Your familiar has either a Speed of 25 feet or a swim Speed of 25 feet (choose one upon gaining the familiar). It can gain other movement types from familiar abilities.

If you wanted to, you can make it a swimming, flying Raven that can't walk on land per the rules.
