HLO Pathfinder Opalescent White Pyramid Resonance Issue

I'm using HLO and not getting the weapon focus feat for having it slotted into a wayfinder. I checked and seeker of secrets is owned as well as the pathfinder society primer. I have both the Wayfinder and stone equipped with the ioun stone inserted into the Wayfinder, which removes the survival check. It does make it so the weapon is treated as martial, but doesn't do the resonance part.
 
Or if you think you've found a bug, just report it, without spending time asking if this is a bug before reporting it - the gear icon at the top right has the bug reporting form.
