HLO not Loading Character UI

Pretty much as per the description. When I go to load a character, HLO sits and spins on the Loading UI screen but doesn't load. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.
 
We put out a hotfix this afternoon to address this problem that was introduced in the morning release. If you haven't done so already, simply reload/refresh the page (<F5> on Windows browsers) and the problem should disappear.
