HLC iPad Problem?

I have HLC loaded onto a iPad Mini 4. I have removed and reinstalled the software, and loaded the lasted version of the Pathfinder update.

There are 3 vertical lines to the right of class levels under the Classes tab. These appear to be an interactive icon. When I tap those vertical lines, the program responds with a small black box with an activity spinner for less than a second. And nothing else seems to be happening.

What is that vertical lines icon meant to do?

Use your finger to grab them and keep pressing down. Then you could “drag” to re-order the class level to somewhere else. You can do the same thing in the windows/mac system.

Guess its helpful if building a higher level PC and you want specific classes at certain levels. Otherwise it really does nothing helpful.
