HL EDITOR: Coding a class ability that grants save and init bonuses

I'm trying to add a Pathfinderized version of the 3.X scout base class to my user files using the HL Editor, and I'm having trouble understanding how to code Battle Fortitude. This ability grants the scout a +1 bonus to Fortitude saves and initiative at certain class levels. I was able to dupe the addition of Skirmish damage using Sneak Attack edits, but can't find a place that explains how to code a save or initiative bonus (the stuff you find in the window that opens when you click the "Eval Scripts" buttons under the class ability).

Also, when I try to test the scout build, I don't get a tab that says "Scout" in the portfolio and lists the class abilities by level like other base classes do. What step in the process am I missing to make this appear?
