Higher level spells for 9th level wizard?

My gaming group and I have been using HL now for several months as we play our way through Rise of the Runelords. Finally had our wizard hit level 9, but when I went to enter her choices for spells, it seems like the spells only went to level 4 and stopped. Am I missing something obvious here? It seems like you'd get at least the spells included in the core rule book.
 
Her der derp. Shows what happens when I game all weekend and don't have enough sleep on Monday. I figured it out. I wasn't entering the spells into the spellbook first.
